"We first chose VCES for its Christian values and high academic standards, but it didn't take long for us to find that VCES offered so much more. We continue to be impressed with the challenging class curriculum and outstanding enrichment programs available at the school. What makes VCES truly special, though, is the high caliber of talented teachers and administrators on staff. We find that everyone is highly professional, yet so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. The staff is always respectful, friendly and responsive to our needs—it's obvious that they are focused on providing a great experience for both students and parents."

"We chose VCES for our children because of its exceptional academic program, extensive breadth of enrichment programs, and its knowledgeable teaching staff who foster a strong moral foundation for our children. Our children are growing academically, and have also grown spiritually in God, developing a strong sense of self and values."

"Valley Christian Elementary School is our choice for many reasons, but primarily we appreciate the school’s emphasis on common unified values, which we could not get in our public schools. My son has struggled with insecurity, but VCES has made him more confident and secure with himself. We love how respectful the kids are to one another and how supportive the teachers have been along the way. He loves sports, and the Warrior Nation program is amazing! The high school kids have been such a great influence in that program."

"Kimberly has not only exceeded our academic expectations, but she has grown in so many other ways that we know would not have happened if she was still attending her previous school. The warm and nurturing "Christian environment" that she experiences daily on campus is, we believe, creating a maturity that is rarely seen in a child her age. She is learning valuable life skills such as conflict resolution, fairness, and respect for others—and these will impact her for the rest of her life. Surprisingly, Kimberly's faith is also stronger since attending VCES—Kimberly enjoys her classes at church much more, too!"

"I chose VCES for a number of reasons. I like the fact that Valley Christian is a K-12 school—this means that my son will be able to develop strong relationships with both friends and teachers over many years. This also means that my son is able to have access to some of the resources at the Skyway Campus, even while being in the elementary school. Also, Valley seems to have it all, being strong in academics, arts, and athletics."

"I was afraid that the school has gotten bigger and maybe doesn't care the same way, but that is not true; teachers still care. The school has amazing education and opportunities, but at the end of the day, I want to know that the teachers care about the kids and are invested in their lives. That's what I love about this school."

"We visited both campuses. We saw the continuity from K-12, the teaching, the values, and the kids seeming really comfortable. Academically, the two things that stand out are the reading program, and the opportunities to go above the grade level. We certainly understand the education side of it—that is very important to us—and the teachers do an excellent job of getting that across to the students. But then when you add the theatre program, the sports and the arts, and the conservatory, and these are all things that my child just wouldn't get at another school."
